We are an implementing organization that works hand in hand with local governments to solve Brazil’s biggest social problems.
Education
We collaborate so that students remain in school with adequate learning and ethical-racial equity. Our vision is for future generations to have more opportunities and chances to reach where they dream.
Formar Program
Gesto. The objective is to strengthen public education networks while collaborating with the departments of education’s pedagogical and administrative management teams. The partnership allows us to engage directors and management teams, encourage long- lasting education actions and policies, and approach a systemic view of education. The support already reaches more than 1.5 million students in 25 municipal and state departments of education.
Plantar Program
Our purpose is to foster the conservation of the Amazon forests by advancing integral educational performance. We want to reduce educational inequalities by recognizing cultural diversity, valuing traditional knowledge, and developing an engaged school community with a repertoire in the sustainability agenda. Thus we partner with the departments of education in the Amazon region to help create actions that strengthen the performance of civil servants in developing long-lasting public policies designed exclusively for the region. Plantar is now operating in five municipalities that serve more than 35,000 students.
Public Leadership
We strengthen leaders in the Brazilian public sector by co-creating new people management practices that cause relevant, permanent changes that improve society’s services.
Fortalecer Program
The Fortalecer (Portuguese for Strengthen) Program supports states and municipalities in creating and implementing policies for their leaders. The idea is to have able individuals in the most strategic government positions who are committed to delivering results for society. Inspired by countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore, recognized for the quality of public service, we assist in developing policies for attracting, pre-selection, performance, and leadership development and engaging public servants.
